Perfect doesn't exist. Fatally flawed, tragically twisted, beautifully bent, wildly wounded, inspirationally imperfect, These are the things that make life interesting. Forget perfect, be REAL! I'm Mika and this is what I do. I love fashion and I'm weird.

Getting in Shape. Update.
So I'm actually running outside now! And going a little further than half a mile. Just under 7/10 I know it sounds pretty pathetic, but I'm making progress. Anybody else out there still working with us? How's it going?

Well I'm not super pro at working out! But I like to switch things up. I try to go running consistently but I also like to go play soccer with friends or ultimate frisbee. Swimming is always good. I'm not saying you should do something different everyday because consistency is definitely key, but instead of replacing things all the time maybe just add something or make a change once or twice a week. I also have some workout videos and games for wii, which sounds ridiculous but I think they really help to. My breathing gets a little heavy sometimes and it gets my heartrate up. So my advice would just be, find a few athletic things you enjoy doing and mix them in with everything else just to keep it fun and entertaining.
I really don't exercise much, but when I do, I usually go hiking at Zion or play games with friends. That way it is fun and a fabulous workout! Score. :)
I've been working out but lately I am bored with my normal routine. Ideas?
